As @AstonishingSod since 2008 (and roughly 40 other accounts), I've written comedy on Twitter - long, short, experimental, weird. Crimer Show I created and wrote Twitter's first show, @CrimerShow, from 2013-14, and posted reruns in 2015-16, with extra content. It was about a city with one detective and one criminal. It has its own... language? It's all here. Astonishingsodcast My podcast, the first episode of which was released in June 2018. A new episode every few weeks. Available for free in all the usual places. Why The Long Joke? My first book, published March 22nd 2016 by St. Martin's Press in New York. It's a collection of stories, jokes, illustrations and gaps in between where there's just paper. The New Yorker Yes, THE New Yorker. Some of my work has been featured in their Shouts and Murmurs section, and I hope to have many more things there soon and thereafter and in perpetuity. Humuor A comedy zine, written and edited by me. Issue #1 can be ordered on the website and is free to all who support my work on Patreon. Book : Why The Long Joke?
